Authorship Policy

In broader sense, the “Authorship” is a recognition of a person who makes a substantial contribution in to the research and being accountable for the work undertaken. RSA follows the COPE guidance (https://publicationethics.org/files/COPE_DD_A4_Authorship_SEPT19_SCREEN_AW.pdf).

Author(s)’Responsibility i.They must ensurethat:

• Their work isoriginal
• Must not have been published elsewhere
• Other authors,contributorsor sourcesshould be appropriatelycredited • They are responsiblefor language editing before submission
Their work has not been copied or plagiarizedin whole or part from any other work
The financialsupportand conflictof interestfor the project/ research work if any should be disclosed
 They are obliged to notifythe editor if any error or inaccuracyis discovered and co-operatewith the editor to correctthe same
 Articles should be submittedusing online procedures.Simultaneous publication in more than one publication is a breach of publicationethics.

Committeeon Publication Ethics (COPE) during the 2nd World Conferenceon Research Integrity in Singaporein 2010 has developedthe belowmentioned guidelines.I Research Scholars Academy (RSA) Journals,as a publisher followsCOPE,WAMEandhasadopted COPE’sbestpracticeguidelinesfordealingwith ethical issues in a journal. The JournalMembers (AdvisoryBoard, editors and the journalmanager)have consentedto adopt the COPE as it meets the purpose and objectiveof theJournals. The Editorial Board also works in consensus with ‘Asian Council of Scientific Editors’ expectations.

 The research being reported should have been conductedin an ethical and responsiblemannerand should comply with all relevant legislation.
Researchersshould presenttheir results clearly,honestly,and without fabrication,falsification,or inappropriatedata manipulation.
 Researchersshould strive to describe their methodsclearly and unambiguouslyso that their findings can be confirmedby others.
▪ Researchersshould adhere to publicationrequirementsthat submitted work is original, is not plagiarized,and has not been published elsewhere.
▪ Authorsshould take collective responsibility for submittedand published work. 
▪ Theauthorship ofresearch publications shouldaccuratelyreflectindividuals’ contributions to the work and its reporting.
▪ Funding sourcesand relevant conflicts of interest should be disclosed.
