Authors must abide by these policies after submissionof their manuscript. Authors must provide their consentto publish their manuscriptprior to peer- review process.Withdrawingan alreadyconfirmedmanuscript after it has been accepted would attracta minimalarticle handling charge.

If the authorwithdrawsthe article after acceptanceof the manuscriptand paymenthasalso been made,there will be NO REFUND of the Article Processing Charge (APC) alreadypaid.

If a Manuscriptis withdrawnover indexing issues, NO REFUND will bemade.
