IJMH is published and owned by Research Scholars Academy (RSA) since 2026 after inheritance from the previous publisher . IJMH adapts ‘Continuous publication’ , since. The  members affiliated to RSA receive discounts on the article processing charges.

• Peer reviewed: The online submitted manuscripts are subjected to ‘double-blind peer-review’ before publication.
• Recognizing Reviewers: reviewers are the back-bone to reinstall the scientific quality in journal publication. IJMH recognizes those committed reviewers who provide timely, but thorough peer-review reports, by entitling them with a discount on the APC of their next publication in any RSA published journals.
